Return & Refund Policy
By placing an order through Mythopos, you agree to the terms below. We set these policies to ensure that you are fully aware of our return and refund procedures. These policies apply to the (United States) country.
1. 30 Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy. This means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. In order to be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Help! I Can’t Find My Return Label
Don’t worry—our packages don’t include return label. Just reach out to support@mythopos.com, and we’ll help you place your return or exchange.
3. Return Process
To start a return, you can contact us at support@mythopos.com. Please include the following information in your return request:
- Order number and full name
- Proof of purchase (Order information Screenshot)
- Reasons for return
- Attach a video or photo of the defective or damaged product as proof for a refund or replacement.
Once we receive and confirm your return (usually within 24 hours of receipt), you’ll get an email confirming the return is complete. If a refund is approved, it will be issued within 14 days. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
4. Damaged and Wrong Products or Issues
We only support exchanges for products that are defective, incorrectly shipped, or have the wrong size compared to your order. If this applies to you, please contact us at support@mythopos.com.
5. Exchange
We only exchange damaged, wrong, or defective products. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at support@mythopos.com.
Customers do not need to pay return shipping costs for defective products.
6. Refund
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, it will be issued within 14 days and automatically sent to your original payment method.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
7. Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 12 hours of placing the order to receive a full refund. After this period, the order may no longer be cancellable depending on the status of the production process.
Before placing an order, please ensure you provide the correct address, including street and house number. If the delivery fails due to an incorrect address, the customer will bear the resulting loss. Thank you for understanding.
